Members are invited to participate in the challenge either by the Challenge Owner or by one of the Managers. This means that they are asked to develop ideas on how to solve the problem described in the challenge briefing (phase 1) and/or to evaluate the submitted solutions based on project-relevant criteria (phase 2).
At the end of a challenge, they are presented with certain statistics that summarize the progress of the project. However, members are not automatically allowed to view the final report. This includes sensitive information (such as the TOP 10 ideas) and is therfore treated as such.
