At the end of a project it is the responsibility of the Challenge Owner to prepare a final report.

At the beginning of this section we show him/her how to use the results of the report and how to embed the data in a story. In this way, we want to help him/her present the project and the resulting insights in a convincing way.

The next step is to determine how the report should be structured. Certain elements (such as the table of contents, the list of participants, etc.) can be added or removed. This is up to the Challenge Owner. Other elements like the cover page or our disclaimer are fixed and therefore part of every report.
The Challenge Owner can also determine how many of the top ideas should be included in the report. From our point of view, it makes little sense to list and print out e.g. 500 ideas (if only for environmental reasons). If you focus on the top 10 – 30% of the results, you can be sure that the quality of the report’s findings will not be diluted.

In addition, we offer the possibility of weighting the criteria used in the evaluation process, thus enabling the Challenge Owner to produce different reports with different focuses and to compare the results. So if your primary concern is the realization of quick wins, the feasibility of ideas should probably be the main focus. If, on the other hand, you want to surprise your customers with new services, the wow effect might be the one criteria to lay emphasis on. This must be decided in each individual case.
Very important: The sum of the 3 evaluation criteria must always add up to 100%!

After that, the report can be generated. This step should only take a few seconds.

Of course you have the possibility to download the final report(s) as PDF. In addition, the system also generates a shareable link so that you can share the report with selected people directly via our platform. This allows them to view the results. However, we would like to stress that such a step must be well thought out. Evulu assumes no liability for the selection of recipients and the handling of the results.
